Frequently Asked Questions for Hearts and Love Size:12' x 8' See our Policy Page for Size:9' x 14' SWEEP

How can I make a useful comparison table for several products?

Use the same comparison criteria for every option. Separate documented product features from your own subjective impressions.

How can I check whether an order-related message is genuine?

Be cautious when a message asks for an action unrelated to the documented purchase process. Do not provide account passwords or payment security codes in a reply.

How can I confirm that I have selected the correct product option?

Check whether selecting an option changes the description or price. Do not assume a familiar option name has remained unchanged over time.
